Risk Management (vol. 16, no. 2)

An earthquake, a terrorist attack or the threat of a pandemic are all events that make risk management indispensable. The French-language online journal known as “Télescope” has brought together the contributions of international experts with a view to gaining insights about the importance of risk management for our all too often vulnerable societies. Hailing from Canada, France, and the United States, the authors adopt a range of perspectives and take up a diversity of subjects, such as organizational resilience strategies, the avian flu pandemic, High Reliability Organizations, wildland fires, and the social dimension of risk analysis.
